Chef Bahriddin Chusty is an Uzbek response to Jamie Oliver. This great chef is a champion in the category of social network popularity and he specializes in the modern serving of traditional dishes. This man marvels us with his masterly ability to give traditional Samsa, Lagman and a simple salad from tomatoes with basil an amazingly refined taste. Be sure to taste his creativity if you are in Tashkent.
Perhaps I will not be mistaken if I say that Bakhriddin Chudy is known and loved far beyond Uzbekistan. I know him as not just a restaurateur or talented chef, but as a virtuoso who truly "burns" in his profession. His work in Sal-Sal - surprises even those who are familiar with and adored Uzbek cuisine for many years. I am sure that Bahriddin's author's book will not only bring pleasure to the reader, but also a lot of useful knowledge.
When I found out that Bahriddin was preparing his first book for publication, I was not at all surprised. Perhaps, it was already being awaited on all continents of the planet. These pages will show you the Uzbek cuisine through the eyes of a man who is totally and completely in love with it. And despite the fact that as a chef and as the author Bakhriddin Chusti is very young, I am fully convinced that this publication is created with professional sensitivity, with great talent and careful work on sculpting a regular stone into a diamond. This book contains not only author's, revived recipes, it also presents many facts, making everyone who reads this book want to visit Uzbekistan.
